Established in 2007, South East Rods & Customs is a non-profit, classic, street rod, and collectible car club located in southeast Florida.

We are a family-oriented club, dedicated to the appreciation and preservation of our vehicles, while providing funding and other support for local charities, as well as helping our neighbors in their time of need.

Our charity of choice is Hospice of Palm Beach County, and we're proud to be associated with this worthwhile organization.

We support the United States Marine Corps Toys For Tots program, hosting a well-attended car show just prior to Christmas, which serves as a toy collection point for their cause.

We also support the Florida Highway Patrol's Advisory Council by hosting an annual show that benefits their Scholarship Fund, and provide assistance to many other service-oriented organization's in the planning and execution of their shows.

We host regularly-scheduled cruise in's, including the popular First Saturday of the Month Abacoa Town Center Cruise, as well as several open-to-all themed benefit shows throughout the year, and special get-together's for our members. You can get the details for all our shows and events on the Upcoming Events page.

This nine-minute segment of the TV show Tail Fins and Chrome, viewed more than a million-and-a-half times, was filmed during South East Rods & Customs Hospice Benefit Show in March, 2010, at the Cars of Dreams Museum, and features museum owner John Staluppi, along with his collection of cars.

South East Rods & Customs is the proud recepient of the coveted Eagle One Golden Rule Award for the Southern United States, awarded for conducting the most outstanding community service program in the region during 2010.

Held on the first Saturday of every month since 2002, the streets of Abacoa's Town Center are transformed into a show field of pre-1974 classic and custom cars (later model special interest vehicles allowed with prior approval). There's food and beverage discounts, vendors, raffles, and a parade through downtown at the conclusion.
