Donnie Hancock's 1971 Chevrolet Pickup Truck

Donnie is the South East Rods & Customs founder, and serves as the President.

His C10 longbed pickup truck is powered by a 355 CI, 400 HP engine with Z28 heads, and features a 700R4 tranny with a B & M shift kit, a 2100 stall converter, and a 12-bolt, 3.73:1 posi rear gear.

Its traveled more than 70K miles attending events, and like the old Timex watch commercial, It Takes A Lickin', And Keeps On Tickin'!

It's affectionately referred to as The Beater, and in the near future, it'll be getting a facelift, with black satin paint and the appropriately-matching flames.

Rick and Peg Whippy's 1970 Chevrolet Pickup Truck

Rick is the South East Rods & Customs Vice President.

Rick and Peg's Chevy Pickup is powered by a 350 CI Chevy (of course) engine, featuring a mild cam, headers, and a Quadrajet carb. It also has just the right amount of chromed accessories to set it off.

Outside, the black paint, with Blue Ice Pearl, also sets it off, and the long bed truck has been lowered, giving it the perfect stance. The interior is custom.

It also has factory A/C, a 700R4 transmission, a 3.73:1 rear gear, along with LED taillights, three-bar headlights, and a billet grille. Oh yeah, and black fuzzy dice hangin' from the rearview mirror!
